After four years of running the business alone, I decided to expand my business to meet the growing demand from customers. Initially, due to the pandemic, we faced various difficulties in operating, but Cirin remained true to her vision of delivering desserts made with high-quality ingredients.
Developed to satisfy the tastes of both local residents and foreign visitors to Hanoi, we draw inspiration from dessert cultures around the world to create sweet treats that are not too sweet or too heavy, but full of flavor.

Before opening Bake'd, Ms. Siler learned to make pastries on her own and has over 10 years of experience working in various kitchens.
