Many young people in cafes and bars in Vietnam use music as a place to express their individuality.
They are not so-called professionals, but rather they get together with their friends and practice in between jobs, and then take the stage at a cafe or bar as a place to showcase their work.
Those who want to make their presence known, those who want to rise to professional heights, and those who want to hone their skills and gain satisfaction are now attracting many young Hanoians.

And here in Hanoi, Vietnam, as the Japanese population grows, Japanese music groups are also expanding their activities.
Their backgrounds are quite diverse, including expatriate, locally hired, and self-employed.
One of them, Kazuhiro Mori, also gave an interesting talk.
Mr. Mori has an interesting background, having switched from the Self Defense Force to an IT company.
The reason for working in Hanoi was that the president of the company he works for is a guitarist, and he was invited to join the circle "Kawachi Hot Feast Band.
He then joined the band Hanoi de Ska Y? which is still active today.
He was initially a spectator, but was attracted by the power of the band and became an official member. Now he has become a representative of the band and has excited many young people.

We asked Mr. Mori to share his dreams for the future.
I'd love to return to the outdoor festivals and big stages I've attended in the past."
This year, a ska band from Ho Chi Minh City that we are in contact with played at a Vietnamese festival in Japan, so it is our dream to play there someday."
We, CAMPUS HANOI, would like to support LIVE music activities as a place for them to demonstrate their thoughts.
We also hope that Vietnam and Japan will be connected through the tool of music, and that new encounters will be born there.
