appearance

Japanese Cafe Arigatou (aka Thank You Cafe) is an elegant Japanese-style cafe located in a small alley between Nguyen Lang Bang Street and Hoang Cau Street.
It is a 5-minute walk from the Hanoi Urban Railway La Thành station.

The first floor has a counter and tables.

On the second floor, we also have rooms with sofas for relaxing and rooms with round tables for meetings.

In addition, on the third floor there is a space where you can experience calligraphy and choose the fabric for kimono that will be made into a kimono obi.

feature

Thanks Café operates in a relaxed atmosphere, offering Japanese-style drinks and snacks such as matcha and shaved ice, as well as opportunities to experience calligraphy and sing Japanese songs together.
I hope that this will become a place where Japanese people and Vietnamese people can have fun chatting about history, culture, and other topics, and where they can learn more about each other.
They also plan to start offering the service of tailoring Aozai using Japanese kimono fabrics. We look forward to it!

Recommended Menu

The most popular menu item is the Japanese shaved ice, which is rare in Hanoi.
There are 16 flavors available, and you can enjoy all of them for around 50K.

Sets of two rice balls and miso soup are 35K, while dishes like salmon tea-dashi (salmon rice bowl) are 25K, making it easy to enjoy Japanese snacks.

There are also Japanese-style drinks such as matcha, yuzu tea, and sweetened sake.

The winter-only cheese fondue is recommended for parties.
