Fika Dairy is a city agriculture project called "Back to Nature," which aims to produce clean agricultural products through organic farming that uses no prohibited substances in agricultural production. The store owner Linh and the farm owner Dani, who is a Ph.D. in agricultural science and is well-versed in dairy cattle, have jointly developed and founded the low-temperature pasteurized milk brand "Mr. Linh," which sells mainly products such as low-temperature pasteurized milk, yogurt, drinking yogurt, and Greek yogurt. The products include not only low-temperature pasteurized milk but also yogurt, drinking yogurt, and Greek yogurt, and they are characterized by being fresh and with short shelf life because they do not use any preservatives.
Basically, the main focus is on ordering food via delivery using Capichi, but there is a "Studio Room" located in the basement of the Tay Ho store that features paintings and handicrafts displayed like a gallery. From 18:00 to 20:00, in-house dining is available. Every Wednesday and Friday night, live music is also performed, allowing you to enjoy dairy products while listening to the music.
