We build a personal connection with Vietnamese producers and deliver the stories of the regions through a cup of coffee.

An interior space displaying coffee beans from farms across Vietnam
Founded by Daoh Tan Phuong, who worked in the field of regional development, this store is known as a brand that promotes a sustainable coffee culture rather than just a cafe for people amidst the busy daily life. Upon visiting Quang Tri Province around 2008, the founder felt a strong sense of challenge regarding the current situation where farmers who have been involved in coffee cultivation for many years could not sell their high-quality beans at an appropriate price and lead a stable life. In 2009, they opened their first store on Au Trieu Street in Hanoi, and currently have five stores in the city.
The store’s main feature is its philosophy of “coffee that tells the story of the place it comes from.” By working directly with farmers to purchase beans at a price higher than the market price, the store is committed to improving producers’ incomes and improving the quality of cultivation. The store has a relaxed atmosphere, making it a space where you can experience the unique aromas and flavors of single origin coffee and the differences in roasting in a leisurely way.
The drink menu is also extensive, offering a variety of options including classic drinks like ice cream and Americano, as well as homemade teas and fresh juices. The baked goods are all made in-house, reflecting the store’s commitment to quality. The relaxing atmosphere and attentive service have also been highly praised by foreign guests.
