The Bottle Shop ― A variety of drinks and a taste of New Zealand style pie

The appearance of "The Bottle Shop". Enjoy a variety of drinks and the flavors of New Zealand

The Bottle Shop, which has three stores in Hanoi. It is a bottle shop where you can enjoy craft beer, distilled spirits, fermented drinks, and other beverages. Its origins are a chance encounter between the owner Dan and Vietnam.

In 1997, while visiting Vietnam on a trip, Dan lost his passport and other identification documents, and decided to stay longer than planned. He says that he gradually became fascinated with Vietnam as he got to know the people, culture, and daily life there. Subsequently, he visited Vietnam again and opened “The Bottle Shop” in 2018 with the aim of introducing and developing the drinking culture.

Although the name of the store is "The Bottle Shop," we have adopted a mixed-use style that combines elements of a shop, bar, and pub. Our goal is to offer the best option to meet the needs of every customer.

Taking inspiration from New Zealand’s culinary culture, chef Dan and his chef Kumar have devised a menu featuring pies made with beef, chicken, and pork. They currently operate a flagship store on Tu Hoa Street in Tay Ho, an Au Co store that only opens on weekends, and a store in Ngo Gach in the old city. They also plan to open a new brand, “STICK!” at the end of the year, offering a menu centered on skewered dishes inspired by Japanese yakitori.
