Offering an office environment that is unchanged from Japan is the concept that Daiyo Construction’s development, design, and construction teams are working together to plan it.

This building is a project where the Daichu Construction Group works together to take on the tasks of investment, development, design, construction, and management. In the design and construction phase, Binata International utilized the technological expertise, know-how, and experience unique to major Japanese construction companies, while working with various Japanese companies to pursue Japanese quality standards.
The design of the building is inspired by traditional Japanese architecture with its clean and restrained lines. Composed of horizontal and vertical lines, this office space creates a calm and warm atmosphere with its monochrome, formal atmosphere, combined with materials such as wood and stone.
Furthermore, by leveraging the company’s group’s technological expertise and incorporating structural innovations, they have created large, streamlined, pillarless spaces that allow for efficient office layouts.

Achieve a comfortable and environmentally friendly office space without compromising the equipment to be installed.

Through collaborations with Keindin and Yourtech, it is expected to enable 15% energy savings and 42% water savings compared to typical office buildings, and will be certified as the first LEED-certified office building in the West Hanoi area. In addition, efforts will be made to improve the restrooms, air conditioning, and elevators in Hanoi office buildings, providing a comfortable office environment.
Each toilet designed according to Japanese standards is equipped with a Toto water-heated flushing system (washlet), which is still rare in Vietnamese office buildings. There is also a powder corner in the women's restroom.
The air conditioning system is equipped with Panasonic energy-saving individual air conditioning units, enabling flexible operation that allows for temperature control per zone and work that is not bound by seasons or time. Additionally, high-performance filters are installed at the outdoor intake vents to prevent the entry of air pollutants such as PM2.5.
In addition to the eight high-speed elevators for the office floor manufactured by Fuji Tech, a dedicated elevator has been installed for the underground area, allowing access to the office floor without waiting from the first floor even during commuting hours. In addition, touchless buttons and plasma ion clusters have also been introduced in line with the office environment post-COVID-19.

Walking Vietnam In the September and October issues, we will introduce the operation and services of "TAISEI SQUARE HANOI".
